Mount Lebanon Cemetery

Mount Lebanon Cemetery was founded in 1914 and continues to be managed by one of the founding families. Its first burial was made on May 11, 1915. The Mount Lebanon Cemetery has over 90,000 interments and is a Jewish cemetery located in Glendale, Queens, New York. We have been serving the Jewish communities of Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and Long Island for 100 years. The cemetery is known for its beautifully landscaped grounds. In recent years we have responded to the growing demand for above-ground burial. We have three community mausoleums, including The Sanctuary, which is New York City's first indoor Jewish community mausoleum.
