The plot is in the back of the cemetery located in what I say is the most beautiful part. We were attracted to it because of the lush landscape and tree coverage. Monument Row is completely in the shade. Monument row is on the left as you drive into the Arbor area. It's one of the few areas that you can have an upright monument.

If the plot were purchased outright today, it's worth $26,000 plus the vault is already in place so that's an additional savings for $2,000. It's a must see to understand how pretty the location is.
