Named in honor of the Southern Railroad, we offer four plots located in The Garden of Southern section with easy access along the path. Full-size casket or cremation can be in the plot. There is a Deed Transfer fee of $499 whether 1 or all plots are purchased. Rowan Memorial Park will waive the $499 Deed Transfer fee if the buyer starts a contract for their pre-needs, and they offer financing options. The Southern section is nearly sold out and the price per plot is less than the cemetery's current listing.
