$13,800 burial plot in Rose Hills Memorial Park

This plot is in a well established area with mature trees and great view of downtown Los Angeles. This is a plot that my uncle purchased years ago for him and his wife. She passed in the '70's and is buried in grave 4. I was his only living relative and when he passed I was unaware that he had purchased these. He wanted to be cremated and buried at sea so that is what I did. Then I found these papers and have had them all of these years.
The trees are large in this area having been purchased in the 1960's and a couple of sections over I see where Tommy Lasorda, Manager of the LA Dodgers is buried.

Just east of this plot is the Rose Hills Memorial Chapel.
The cemetery is located off the 605 and 60 freeways and I know there are places to eat nearby after visiting your loved one.
Being that I live in Arizona you will have to meet the Transfer Rep at the Mortuary office to make this transaction.
I will reduce the $13,800 to $13,400 so that I will pay the $400. toward the transfer fees. The endowment fee is $1650. which you will be responsible for.
The breakdown will be as follows: Your amount to me will be $13,400 that will be wired to me thru the bank.
Your amount to the mortuary will be $1650. that you will have to pay with credit card, cash or cashiers check. The are available Monday to Thursday from 8am to 4pm. Closed for lunch from 12-1. Closed on weekends for this type of service. Please check with their office to confirm that information.
