Once you decide to purchase the plots we will meet at the Rose Hills Administration building to transfer ownership and handle the payment. All sales are done within Rose Hills protocols. It is an easy process. Cash Only. This is a private sale, no brokers involved. All sales are final.
There is an endowment care and transfer fee paid to Rose Hills by the buyer.
These are single plots that can be converted into doubles that can accommodate 2 caskets per each plot. There is an additional charge for conversion. If interested that is paid directly to Rose Hills.
