$1,300 burial plots in Ridgewood Memorial Park

Located in a well maintained area of the park. Lot 544 Graves 1,3,4,5,6, is located next to a blue spruce pine tree.
Lot 527 Graves 1,2,3,4,5,6, is located diagonally northwest of Lot 544 with one lot separating them, so buying internment rights to all 11 graves would keep family members close. Internment rights for each grave is valued at $6,095. I am asking $1300. per grave.

The cemetery requires 4 spaces in a row for a family monument, so these would not work for a monument. Flat stones only would work.
I would like to sell the internment rights for Lot 527 in one transaction. I would pay the $750. transfer fee.
I will also cover the transfer fee of the purchase of internment rights for three or more graves in Lot 544.
