Lot 24-N, Section "E", spaces 4,5, and 6 are easy access beside the street. These are stackable plots and accommodate 6 caskets. Close proximity to Memorial Chapel, Restland Funeral Home, their offices and florist creates an excellent location!
We will not be selling separately. That will deny those buying for their family. We've just been given the information that a 4th plot is available next to ours, (at full price from the cemetery), if someone needs it.
Management has said there are very few plots left in this exclusive area, and sell for $16,500 each. We are willing to sell them for half price, $8,250 each, in a cash only type transaction. Restland does not participate in individual transactions. New owners will be responsible for applicable stacking charges, and we will offer the transfer fee.
