Two burial plots in Baltimore

 I have 2 graves in lot 85 of the Galilee section of Parkwood Cemetery in Parkville Maryland. I also have one vault. 
The last time I checked Parkwood's regular prices as of 5/30/2019 (if you buy in advance) for both graves and the one vault was $6540. If you don't buy from them in advance, it was $7485. I have to assume the prices have increased over the past 43 months. 
I will sell both graves and the vault for $5000. You will need to pay the $145 transfer fee, and you will still save a minimum of $1400 over the pre-pay price that Parkwood would have charged you almost 4 years ago (if this location in the cemetery was even still available, which it's not). 

These were purchased 37 years ago.
 
Parkwood Cemetery is partially within Baltimore City and partially within Baltimore County, off of Taylor Avenue. The Galilee section sits in front of the lake and allows flat bronze grave markers (not large head-stones). This section is long sold out.
