Two burial plots at Parklawns Memorial Gardens in Chambersburg, PA, 3218 Philadelphia Ave. These plots are currently being sold by the Cemetery for $3695 each. We are selling them for $6200 for the two plots, and the seller would pay a deed transfer fee of $255.
The sale is a result of the passing of a relative, who owned them, but did not make use of them. The seller lives out of state, and so is advertising this way.
