$4,000 burial plots in Mt. Moriah, Newcomer and Freeman Funeral Home & Mount Moriah Cemetery South

We have 4 burial plots in Mount Moriah Cemetery South. Located in Block 19, Lot 481, Spaces 1, 3, 5, & 7, at curb marker number 520. This is an established section of the cemetery with very limited availability. Just across the road is a beautiful lake, Cremation Gardens, and a Garden Walk of Memories. Current retail price for each plot is $6,695, total of $26,780. All can be purchased for $16,000. We are willing to sell individually or in pairs.
Also available are 2 Traditional Interment fees and 2 Concrete Vaults. Retail cost is $1,695 each for the vaults and $1,995 each for interment, $7,380 total. Can be purchased for $3,500 which is less than half the retail price.

Block 19 allows for 2 burials in the same space. A second right of interment must be purchased separately from Mount Moriah at a cost of $3,347 as of 2/20/2025. These can be 2 cremation burials or 1 casket with one cremation burial. Mount Moriah requires a 48 hour notice to complete a burial. All paperwork would need to be completed and authorization for burial documents signed 48 hours ahead of the scheduled burial time.
