The seller is an individual who owns Mariposa Lot 153, single graves 4, and 5. He has hired The Law Office of Dana L. Green, APC, Vista, CA to advertise, list, and communicate with the buyer. Once paid in full, the seller will meet the buyer at Inglewood Park Cemetery and will transfer rights within six days of payment confirmation. The Seller will also pay for the Seller's title transfer fee. The seller inherited these plots. They were originally purchased in 1909 shortly after the cemetery opened. The seller is a veteran and will be buried at a military cemetery with his wife.

There are two single graves for sale next to each other. This listing is for the cost of holding the title to one single grave or there is an option to buy two single graves. A discount is applied to multiple purchases. Each grave can be converted to “Double Interment Privilege” (DIP) for an additional cost paid to and discussed with Inglewood Park Cemetery. The cemetery can quote the price of the second vault needed to convert the interment to a double. Also known as, Double Interment Privilege, (DIP). This is not mandatory and only if you choose to.

Should the buyer decide to convert the single grave to a double, additional costs after purchase will be incurred by the buyer and paid directly to the cemetery. If converted to two people in each grave, the burial vaults will be placed one above the other, not side-by-side. There will be one headstone per Grave, where the inscription of each person will use half the headstone. When Person #1 dies, half the headstone will be inscribed. The other half will remain blank until Person #2 dies.

Buyer:
The Buyer is responsible for the Buyer's buyer transfer fee, the Memorial Tablet, funeral, body preparation, burial opening/closing costs, converting to DIP costs and any other costs not specified. The Memorial Tablet is restricted to a flat Granite or Bronze Marker, Size 28" x 16".

The conditions of the graves are stated on the transfer acknowledgment:
1. That said premises shall be used for interment purposes only.
2. That the use of said premises is and shall at all times be limited and restricted to the interment of the remains or the cremated remains of the Human Race.
3. The rights hereby conveyed shall not be sold or assigned without the consent of the Inglewood Park Cemetery in writing being first obtained in each and every case.

4. No monument, plaque, memorial, or ornament of any kind shall be placed upon, altered, or removed from the said property by Grantee without the written consent of Grantor.
5. Said premises and the use thereof shall at all times be subject to the laws, ordinances, and regulations regarding interments, and shall likewise be subject to the rules for the government, conduct, and management of said Inglewood Park Cemetery now in force, or which may be hereafter adopted by its Board of Directors which rules and regulations are maintained and recorded in the office of said Cemetery, to which record reference is hereby made, and said rules and regulations are specifically made a part hereof.
6. Grantor shall not be liable for loss or damage caused by an act of God, common enemy, thieves, vandals, strikers, malicious mischief makers, unavoidable accidents, riot, or order of any military or civil authority.
7. All mineral rights and all subsurface rights below a depth of 100 feet remain the property of Inglewood Park Cemetery.
In the event of a violation of any of the above conditions, reservations or restrictions said property shall revert to the Grantor.
