Lots #330 consists of two spaces. I will entertain any reasonable, honest offer for lots. These lots are in an area that is not available any longer.

Additionally any costs incurred for the legal title and transfer of ownership fees and any other costs in making the sale, including any and all escrow fees would be covered by the seller. I was informed that Hampton would do this for only $220 in a deed transfer. I am confident that this would be the best way to make this transfer official, legal and proper.
