Accepted forms of payment: Cash or cashier’s check only (no personal checks). The buyer must have funds in hand on the day of transfer.
If the buyer is obtaining a loan to purchase the plot, it must be arranged and funded in advance by the buyer. The seller will not sign any loan documents, act as a co-signer, or have any involvement whatsoever with the buyer’s financing.
