$2,960 burial plots in Fort Lincoln Cemetery

I have 2 beautiful cemetery plots in historic Fort Lincoln Cemetery, Brentwood, MD. $5,920 for both. I would prefer to sell both together. They are in a quiet, pastoral part of the Cemetery, Block 20, Row 847, Space 4-5, close to the Garden of Hope. They have been in the family for over 70 years, but are not needed. I will be happy to help Ft. Lincoln and the new owners with the transfer. The fee for transfer is $295. The cemetery staff will be available to show the location to the purchaser. A $200 non-refundable good-faith deposit is required at the start of the transaction. The deposit will be applied towards the purchase price when the transaction is completed.
