My mother passed recently but we made other arrangements. I met with Forest Park on 2/09/2026 about transfer requirements and fair market value. the cost of the plaque is $986.00. They stated newer mausoleum (Lakeside, no lake view) just across the street start at $15k plus for the same type and top location. With a plaque your at $15,986.00. I was able to locate one 2 companion crypt in the same mausoleum on another website for $12.500.00 We are willing to offer $11,000.00 for ours. $5000.00 savings over a new one purchased through Forest Park East.
