This is a four-space lot, Lot 144 in the Gentleness section. It is in an older area of the cemetery that sold out long ago, under a very large tree that gives a wide area of shade. If a buyer wants to purchase the entire lot of four spaces, I am willing to negotiate the price, to a degree. However, if I sell the spaces in pairs, or separately, the price remains $16,000 per space.
Two points of interest at the cemetery are two very nice chapels which are replicas of historical New England churches. Clients may arrange to have services for their loved ones in one of these.
