$2,500 burial plots in Dulaney Valley Memorial Garden

I have two side by side plots, selling together. Dulaney Valley is one of the nicest, well kept, burial landscapes in the state, and the center piece is the Eternal Flame of Life section in the middle. It overlooks the golf course and is adjacent to the honorable Fallen Heros section. I want to sell both together, but I will entertain splitting them into singles.

Dulaney Valley Gardens has opened a new section of their property and they are selling similar plots directly themselves at $4500/per, or $8500 for two. You're getting these for half the price. Perpetual care is included, but burial services are additional and not prepaid. This is a land-only transfer by deed.

All transactions are required to be in-person with a DVG official, who charges $200 to transfer title. This is DEEDED, so it requires ID and notary. You can pay by whatever method you choose other than personal check, as it will be in person. If you purchase at full ask price, I will pay the full transfer fee, otherwise we split it $100/each.

Given that this transaction takes place in the presence of officials of the property, this is a safe and secure transaction, which can be executed in as fast as 24h if necessary. I live 15 miles from the site, my mother and grandparents are buried nearby, and I can happily be there one business day after we reach a deal so long as I'm in town.

Again, DVMG requires in-person transactions.
