$6,300 burial plots in Cook-Walden Capital Parks Cemetery & Mausoleum

Each plot may contain 1 casket and 2 cremations. The 2 plots are side by side. The cemetery is well-maintained with manicured gravesites and there are no maintenance fees. The plots are located in the Old Rugged Cross section, a well-established section of the cemetery, and the section has a beautiful large cross. The plots are only a few steps from a road inside the cemetery away from high traffic areas to provide a serene, peaceful setting and ease in accessing the plots. The photos that are attached show (1) the large cross in the section, (2) a map showing the location of the plots (highlighted in pink color)--note location near road, (3) location of plots at the bottom left of the picture looking toward the roads and trees to show proximity to the road for easy access, (4) the 2 plots (to the right of the cemetery plots with the flowers in vase near the bottom left of the picture) and (5) entrance to the cemetery. The retail price for each plot (as of March 2026 confirmed by the cemetery) is $10,995 but we are offering for the price of $6300 per plot.
