$2,400 burial plot in Christain Memorial

The four burial plots are located in the south end of Christian Memorial Gardens West. Christian Memorial Gardens is located at 521 E. Hamlin Road in Rochester Hills, MI. As you enter the south entrance, the plots are located on the entry road about halfway between Hamlin Road before the statue of the two men on the left hand side of the road about eight rows back. This is an established part of the cemetery and has a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. The access is easy from both the main road and the cemetery road. This cemetery contains beautiful statues on the property. Transaction will take place at the cemetery office with a Christian Memorial employee, buyer and seller. There is a $299.00 transfer fee. However, if the buyer is in need of vaults or other qualifying items that would need to be purchased from Christian Memorial, the fee would be waived and would go towards the purchase. If no other purchase is necessary, seller is willing to split the cost of the transfer fee half and half. Purchase price is slightly negotiable.
