- I’m the legal owner with both deeds in hand. Lots 1 and 2 are deeded together; as are Lots 3 and 4. - The four plots adjoin, can sell all 4 to one person, or sold in pairs as shown above.
-Chapel Terrace was a well sought-after section of the Cemetery due to its proximity to the original Chapel. Plots are no longer available in this section. These plots and surrounding areas are currently selling / valued for $15,995.00 each by Brookside Memorial Park. We are willing to sell for $11,990.00 per pair.
- The transfer of $995.00 per deed can only be handled in person directly through the cemetery office to ensure it’s 100% official and a proper transfer of ownership takes place.
- For your protection and mine, payment will be accepted using BurialLink Secure Pay escrow service. Once funds are verified, we will visit the cemetery office together to have the the deed or deeds signed and transferred.
