$2,500 burial plots in Berks County Memorial Gardens

Two (2) side-by-side plots available in the Berks Memorial Gardens Cemetery located in Fleetwood at 201 Evansville Road, off of Allentown Pike (US 222). These plots are located in the the Last Supper Garden, lot/section 446-C, spaces 3 and 4. They are very close to the cemetery car paths for easy access. You must buy both plots and they are priced at $2,500/plot for a total of $5,000. The starting prices of these types of plots in Berks Memorial Gardens is $3,695. You will be saving at least a third ($2,390) off of their retail prices. Berks Memorial Gardens will handle all of the deed transfer paperwork which will be paid by the buyer. Berks Memorial Gardens will waive the deed transfer fees if you decide to do some pre-planning with them, which is a good idea.
